Title: Question on Doors and locks

I recently had a guy take all his stuff and leave, and he left a door and fence i cant remove. I was wondering if there was any way to have this removed, as I want to move other people in

Edit: Nevermind, found the player and resolved the issue. an answer would still be nice though for future reference

Most mods+ ingame can deal with this kind of thing (at least I think mods can remove doors, I know OPs+ definitely can)  Just type /helpop <message here> to request help from a local mod.  If you hold tab you can see a list of names, the blue shaded ones are mods+ ;)
