So recently I just acquired a house from someone for free, and ended up getting 300k in goods o.o i got 5 diamond protection stones, about 70 iron blocks, 5 gold blocks, 50 diamond, a full diamond armor set, chests upon chests of dirt, rock, stone, etc. A chest of wood tree blocks, several monster spawners, a couple floors of farms, and access to an abandoned mine. Pretty freak...
Moral of the story: Check the forums often
