Just a suggestion for what i believe to be an overdue needed command, i cant stand the insanity of the chat whizzing by as im trying to do whatever im doing, it's SO frustrating, im sure it would be a useful command for any other people who enjoy playing peacefully...

I would add a comment, but I "ignored all" and have no idea what was said... :)

I like this idea.  Would it be necessary if the other one about "local chat" was used?  That might limit it to a more reasonable level.   If I could only have one, I'd take the local chat.

Well there has been talk about implementing local and global chat so I'm sure something like this wouldn't be too hard to throw in the pot of plugins.

to expand on that, the command is "/deafen"

and it is currently on the server. enjoy.

I want to ask, can u exclude /msg from deafen? that would be the ultimate tool against useless posts and useful posts..
