Title: Whats the difference between a private protection and a public protection

I am curious about it and wounder whats the difference ???

i think a private protection just lets you in & a public is open to anyone ?, correct me if im wrong

i don't know for sure, but what i think is private can only be used by you and anyone you added with /cmodify.

Public can be used by anyone, but can not be destroyed by anyone. I think.

If I understand your terminology correctly, public protection is the protection that affects spawn, towns, et cetera; spots that belong to the server as a whole.  Private protection is protection that affects chests, doors and structures protected with Protection Stones.
