Hoping I would become a mod soon, can somebody tell me in DETAIL and very specific info how to exactly to use griefing and anti griefing tools, radius and all the other related topics. Thanx

You don't need that.

When you become a mod you will have all the commands with what they do on a Staff forum.

It's a hidden part of the forums, its like am additional section such as projects and creations and off topic.
