Title: Another competition. $450,000 prize [FINISHED]

So, I'm going to make this a 'when ever I feel like it' event
A new way to win each time I do this.
This time you have to guess a word.
There will be a new clue every few hours or so. +Everyday this goes through the prize money raises by 100k. (00:00 GMT-/+ 0)The current prize money is $450,000
Only one person to win this time. The prize money is gone on the 25th April 2012

Your first clue:
This word is used as often as it occurs.
Second clue:
Back of the throat.
Third clue:
The second clue is psychological.
fourth clue:
2 a
Fifth and final clue:
It's a feeling
Good luck, may the force be with you.

The prize has risen to 450k

I am adding a new rule because the list of words is endless. Each person has a maximum of 5 words every 24 hours. The rule starts now for everyone. all word count has been reset. Good luck once more.

Well i got 1 Million yesterday and almost half a mil today... I feel lucky lol  :D
And now those damn clues make sense.

The word is used as often as it occurs - Nowadays everything is awkward, meeting parents of friends. Meeting new people. Having a laugh about someone then being told the person has cancer (no offence to anyone).
Lump at the back of the throat - When things are awkward for a certain period of time you start to feel as though there is something at the back of your throat slowly pushing down.
The second clue is psychological - It's only your mind making that lump feel as though it is there.
2 a - There is two a's.
It's a feeling - Pretty self explanatory really.  
It's become a fad in the past year - 'The awkward moment when...'

Trust me, I did try :P
After about 5 mins of loading the copy, it told me the character limit was 20k.
Then I just couldn't be bothered to divide it up.
