Title: Oh, the agony!

I've slept for 13 hours last night. only to wake up an hour ago, with tormenting pain throughout my spine, joints, and head.

any suggestions?

Happens to me all the time. Your headache is cause you slept so long, and your spine/joints are probably cause you didnt move in your sleep. ;)

You'd think that this would pass, but it didn't. :P
And I haven't considered Tylenol, I'll go take 'lots and lots' perhaps overdosing would do the job!

Never overdose the pill.
I dont know these pill I know Depon 1000mg.

Don't have the same things in NA. If you know Panadol, Tylenol is practically the same. and I was only kidding on the overdose :P I wouldn't want to die a slow death :P

I'm actually afraid of dependency on medicines.

Yeah.. take a Panadol Extra.
I have heard its strong pill.
But I have taken a 250mg in the past, and it was the stongest ever. I thought I was feeling very good, even if I had toothache and 40 celcious feaver..

Cramps from the day before. Not too sure about the headache though.
