EDIT: Nothing to do with /TP. It was my own fault.
My game was running perfectly, then I donated for the /tp command and I'm dropping to 1 FPS after a few minutes of logging in, every time. It's only on this server. Optic pointed out it can't be cause of the /tp command. I don't know why it would begin to this. Let's figure this out. Can I maybe get the /tp command temporally disabled? I want to see if it remedies. I don't know how on Earth it'd cause a conflict, but it's worth a shot. If you have ideas why it'd happen, out of nowhere, and only on this server please let me know.
Note, I am not in the Nether.

delete your minecraft.jar and force update.
I am just saying.
-
Could you please provide some computer specifications such as the amount of RAM, name of CPU, who made your computer, etc.? Perhaps try dedicating some more RAM to Minecraft, or adding in OptiFine.
-
Bigbeno, he said that his FPS were good before the donate.
It cant be the computer.

Look, I have had this problem before. Before, my FPS was at the < 120 mark, but now its about 30, with no reason. I have provided Minecraft with some more RAM, and now its a little better.

Go to Task Manager, then processes. Show processes from all users, and see what is being the bitch taking all the CPU (I assume that's the cause) (While running Minecraft). If its Minecraft, that's your problem. But you could have installed a virus or w/e taking it all.

I'm on a MacBook Pro, running Lion. 5gb Ram. I actually dedicated more ram to minecraft about a week ago already. I will try the force update. I am not at home currently, but will do it as soon as I am. Thanks for the help. I'll keep you guys posted. This isn't happening on other servers that I tested. I will keep you all posted. Thanks again.

I run it in Windows 7 with 3GB RAM. It run e ven better than in net-cafes..

So, a bit more the system. It's 2.5 Ghz Intel Core 2 Duo, 5Gb ram with 3Gb dedicated Minecraft. Everything worked fine until tonight. No Mods installed, only Mod Loader. Lots of texture packs. After the forced update, I deleted all texture packs and mod loader.

I figured it out. I'm dumb. I apologize. I'm an idiot. Shame on me. :-\ :-\ thank you all so much for the help.
-
Let us know what it was dumb..:P Sorry
-
My laptop had a hard time handling some video options I tested before donating and grabbing a bite to eat. ::) ::) I'm so sorry, guys. I jumped to conclusion thinking it was /tp. How the heck it would be, I don't know. I'm so dumb.. But it works great again! /tpa is pretty sweet too!

Woah man what's with all the self haiting?
You made a mistake, so what?

Huh? Easy fix, so I beat myself up. haha, no one is hurting themselves, don't worry. I appreciate the concern, though.
-
This is probably because of how fast your character just traveled. You can go to an unloaded chunk and your computer loads all the blocks or teleport far out into the wilderness. The server loads you and the terrain. You also load the terrain and yourself.
