Title: how do you see if players are trusted?

i just want to know how to see if players are trusted in the FORUM because other people that aren't trusted post a mod app( and perhaps can get mod if they are lucky) so can someone tell me because i want to bust those people shown just right above

Usually in their signature it will say they are trusted

If they put in a MOD application, those who handle the applications have ways to check (in-game) if someone is trusted or not, there is no "Getting lucky".

It's not your job to moderate the applications. We are just as capable.

It looks very unprofessional if a non-mod were to handle an application.
