Personally I don't like this..... I Love it!!! Not just a really well designed and laid out build, but a fantastic concept too!
Everything about this build I like - From the different living quarters complete with working showers, seating arrangements and relaxation areas. The communal areas with restaurant type facilities, offices/labs right through to the Submarine base - Great stuff!!!
I definitely Recommend this to the GN!! Great work Ozzy!!!

Perhaps read the [UPDATED JULY 7] Ban Guide (SMP) on "How to format your ban appeal". How to format your ban appeal
Your topic title should contain the name of the moderator that banned you and your SMP username, preferrably in the format "[TheWholeLoaf] awesomeappleike Appeal". The moderator who banned you can be found on your ban information page.
Your post MUST contain a link to the ban information page that contains the relevant ban information (ie: http://www.opticraft.net/index.php/page,BanLookup.html?username=awesomeappleike)
If your name is not on the list, use the "search ban history by username". If your name does not show up even after a search, make this known in the topic. That should not happen. Please note that it may take up to 5 minutes for your name to become visible.
Your post should also contain:
All relevant circumstances surrounding your ban. Help us help you. If you leave it up to the memory of the moderator to remember what happened and don't provide your side of the story, you shouldn't expect to be unbanned.

So I'm guessing that your appeal is not to apologise for your actions or to give reason as to your behaviour, but to simply inform us that you are "pissed"..
You knew the rules of this server and failed to comply.
As you have zero remorse for your actions, your appeal is denied

It's kind of obvious what you did wrong when you look at your ban.
"griefing johekls nether portal (and other blocks) 20 blocks".
Modifying/Breaking/Destroying/Claiming something that has been built by another player is considered griefing and you, as well as the next person knows that griefing is against server rules and carries just one punishment. If that warrants you searching for "a new better server..." then I wish you luck with your endeavours.

"close friends"... I would hate to see what his enemies would do to his builds if you took the time to grief 205 blocks from him.
jp_zerg was sufficiently upset/annoyed that he called us to rectify what you and jakiecraft did to his build (in total 428 blocks between the two of you). This may have amused you. It doesn't amuse us!
I will not be asking jp_zerg about your 'friendship'. If jp_zerg comes to me to confirm this then I will consider reducing the length of the ban - Be aware, there will be a period of ban! You put jp_zerg out & you put me out by me having to stop what I was doing to rectify what you had done.
Note: Griefing is not tolerated in any shape or form on this server

Normally when you receive 3 bans that's it.
But as you have already served 2 weeks of the ban, I am prepared to give you the benefit of the doubt and lift the restriction next time I'm online.
If you really do "love this server" take heed: Please do not let yourself down again and abide by the server rules. If there is a next time, you may not be so lucky!

I don't think you have learnt anything (yet) going by your appeal. No remorse only denial. Until I provided evidence.
If I lift your restriction, I have a feeling that you will just do it time and again, upsetting more and more people and inevitably our paths will cross.

Has the owner ever been banned?: yes, twice, both were resolved, and found to be mistakes.
If so what for?: grief, and grief, both times i had permission to do so, but a stranger reported it.
How to reach the city in game: /home Booorad tower
Is the city registered on Tabooti's list?: yes
Do you have city protection?: it will soon, i have been notified by nyssa that it will be accepted if we continue building.
What are your city's x and z coordinates?(helpful for live map but not required): i will update this shortly.
You understand that if your city is removed from the city registry sheet or you are banned in game I have permission to remove your city from The Golden Nations?: yes. Having had the opportunity of looking round some of the prominent structures of Silver City, I can easily say that I can Recommend it to The Golden Nations.. Nice job guys!!

Actually I think I'm #6 to vote yes... #1: I vote yes for nhat. italian_city to be promoted to GOLDEN rank
(presumably that's a yes vote(?) #2: Yes  I have visited the city many times
#3,4 & 5: myself, italian_crafter, and Nhataley voted yes (Not sure how Italian can vote "yes" for his own city... but ok..)
