BUILDING PARAMATERS AND LAWS
1: Buildings in the "Normal" Citizen Zone Must be no more than Lapis PS size
2: Buildings in V.I.P Zones are not limited as of yet
3: No rude, or Inappropriate structures
4: No breaching of the border wall at all or building over the border walls

Hey guys as some of you know, the City of Invictus is now accepted, we are busy with construction of the building area, so the citizenship applications will be Openng soon

Changed to Invictus...

And Also remove Mr. Redchecks away from the Citizen list...He has been promoted now...
