Town Stolen

Part of my town has been stolen by Mattyr2d2 i did allow Mattyr2d2 to build there but now he has cut off the bridge across this small Cavern and called it his i have build 2 skyscrapers and helped on others and he stole that part of my town it would be helpfull if a Moderator Or Admin Etc could remove protections around this area so i may have my Town back i tryed reasoning and nothing works i have tryed /helpop 8 times but nothing works, So please could you help me i applyed for Town protection and this is why my town needed it.

I'm currently investigating this. Can I please have Matty respond to this thread ASAP. If Matty does not respond to the thread. Full ownership of the town goes to sm1ffy.
