DESCRIPTION
This city is in the new member world and is on
a fairly large island. It is about 300x300 blocks big
and has many plots. Since this is a island int he
ocean at the edge of the world boarder there is
nearly no greifing, on top of that when you come
to visit the city u are locked in a PROTECTED room
that I have to open for you to veiw the city! Adding
to the protectiveness of the city! We have applied

PLOT INFO
COSTS & PLOT INFO: Since Marine City has grown, we feel that we now need a price raise on plots, so that no random Member can join. We have 2 sizes of plots. Both sizes are the EXACT size of a protection stone so you dont have to worry about greif on your personal things.
11x11 plot: we have tons of these and they are $1k
21x21 plot: we only have a select few of these and they are $2k
PLOT RULES
1.if you must build over the path everything and anything MUST be over 4 blocks off the ground
2.do not destroy the fence boarder and stay inside of the boarder, u may only go over the path by 1-2 blocks, and if u go over the path you may not protect them as it might over lap another plot.
3.you may not build over top of the fences, stay inside
4.do not use a 21x21 protection stone if u have a 11x11 plot, common sense here pelase.
5.when u buy a plot you may build from bedrock to the sky limit.
6.no "crap" dirt/ cobble/ wood homes, make the town look nice. You may use wood for your house but a square box will not do, if you know what i mean. |
BUILDING WITHOUT PERMISSION
Ok, so this is a serious problem. But i'll make it simple on you. If you build on, near, or by marine city or any of it's sister islands. I have the right to remove it. DONT build of the shore of marine city ither, it is a pain for me and the city to have to have it there when we want to expand. We have already had 2 buildings removed that were in our bay area. If you want to keep your house. DONT BUILD HERE WITHOUT PERMISSION!!! I WILL have it removed, and I WILL report you as trespassing.
DISTRICTS
Main District: Located at /home n8matthews. This is the cities main island, where the majority of all our residents live. This island is the most upkept one probably and is the biggest! This island is more for people that want a
PERMANENT home.
Craydon: Located off the coast of Marine City, accessible by a double iron door off the island. This small floating Jungle themed paradise is perfect of anyone who just wants to get away! This is for people that want a
vacation home or
temporary home!
Fort Chip: A private island city that has paired with Marine City, to live here you can visit

Marine City Guest: Located at /home traxex98 2. Didn't get your application accepted but still want to live in Marine City? Come here to still get the Marine City feel! Your a guest you say? Well then this is the place for you to be! This district is perfect for you!
SPLEEF
Yeah that's right people Marine City has it's very own spleef arena! You can get to this lovely arena by doing /home deductedlotus! This spleef arena will also be the very same arena that will be hosting the 2012 Opticraft Olympic Spleef Cup!!! So come on over and see the arena!!!
Game Schedule: Game's are not run on a exact schedule seeing as i got tons of districts and cities and islands to manage as well, but when there is one you'll know!
Game Play: Every game will consist of 3 rounds. All normal spleef unless otherwise stated
Game Rewards: Round 1: $500
Round 2: $750
Round 3: $1000
Although it is free to play, DONATIONS of money or dirt are appreciated and accepted!
Please refrain from stealing dirt, and read all the rules at the arena before the game starts!

Yes, the city has a public market. You can buy a stall and sell your items. To get to it go to /home traxex98 and then message me N8MATTHEWS so i can unlock your stall for you!
If you live in the city and want to have a shop please, only put a shop in the market or i will have to ask you to remove it. I don't want people being able to pop up in the city at your home..use the market.
