Number of completed, decorated and furnished buildings: 19 (4 have no owners yet to decorate them)

What state is the project in, and what are your plans for its future, if any: The city is already fully functional, I plan to create more residential homes, more shops as well, recreational activities, and i don't know what else.. Time can only tell.

Why should we grant this city protection? Only reason I'm asking for city protection is to protect the property of my residents and friends.

You cant support someone to get a protected area... you could say good luck or this needs it, it gets griefed a lot. Thats the point of the protection not well everyone else has it.
