Hey,

Minecraft 1.5 will be coming out in a week or so, and I just wanted to remind everyone so they can know what is in the update. You can find what is going to be in the update in this youtube video made by mcspotlights!

Wait, Wait, wait.  In the update their are those minecarts that can take stuff out of chests, couldn't people use them to steal peoples stuff?

The hoppers are especially handy in collection areas, you can just sit nearby, while the items/blocks are transferred from the hopper into a chest/furnace/minecart.

There was talk of hoppers being disabled when the update came out. This fell off the radar, so hopefully that means it won't happen.

Please don't ban hoppers just because of the golem farms.

Based on the mechanics behind golem farms, hoppers wouldn't boost the output of iron ingots anyways. At least not dramatically.

Unless LWC doesn't protect chests against hoppers I don't see why they should be banned.
