Ahh so here we go. I've once been wrongly accused of being banned... look at the ol' history, but this time, i was not wrongly accused, just wrongly prosecuted. A player o believe they're name to be xgrapes or something of the sort was bragging to me about it massive collection of iron gold etc. So i meandered on over to his home so he could display his greatness to me. I sat there as he towered, out of his home and out of his protected area in the completely public area of the map, and watched in awe as he towered up block by block, 7 high to be exact and looked down at me, to see if i was quivering in the shadow of his all powerful glory. I being the mischievous hood rat teenager that i am thought "Hmm this fellar here is towering straight up... I don't think that is a wise thing to do so i will knock out the blocks under him and catch him so that he won't get hurt or injured. So i did just that, little did i know that you cannot hit 7 blocks up so the little guy was stuck up there all sad and sacred, so i, being the quick witted person that i am, whipped out a pumpkin placed it on the ground and knocked down the last block. A few seconds later I was surprised to see daniblue182 standing a few blocks away from me and Mr. or Ms. Xgrapes, feverishly typing away. I thought she was going to give me an award, or at least a lowly thank you for all the hard work that i had done, but NO she quickly looked at her tool belt for the ban hammer and must have mistaken me for some sort of peasant and banned me... FOREVER! I was struck with immediate sadness. I was welling up with tears and it took everything i had to hold them back. Then quickly i ran to my computer typed in the opticraft website, tried to log in, but forgot my username, then i sent the reset password e-mail instead of the username as i did not see the option and quickly popped up my e-mail so i could log in. Then i proceeded to vote for this server i believe 4 or 5 time i forget the number and then clicked on the forum tab, looked for banning appeals. Oh no i couldn't see it! but then out of the corner of my eye i saw it as a child page under support. I quickly but carefully read all of the information so graciously typed out by Xeadin and then read the instructions and now i am here.

The Real Reason... XGrapes told me he had more stuff than me i said cool bro lemme see it so i can be impressed. I teled to his home waited outside, as it is rude to enter someone else's home without permission. He emerged from his home, iron blocks in hand. Then started to tower up. I legitimately thought "Hmm this is in an unprotected and public area i wonder if i take it what his reaction will be and what will the mods reaction be, i know i should be able to fight under the circumstances that it is not like any legitimate build and that it's being built in an unprotected area. So then i started taking it. If daniblue182 would have said why are you doing that give it back i would have it was only 7 blocks. But she didn't so that's why you are sitting there reading my appeal.
ps i am an aspiring lawyer so tell me how i did in my appeal and debate.
pps i would like to be unbanned, if you do not find me suitable for unbanning there will be no hard feelings, it will just allow me to go eat lunch.
