Update:
Okay, so I am sorry, but this won't be a large one however, there are some major changing to our residents.

Guilds


That's right. Guilds. FNVcourierjon has already created the mage guild in one of the buildings. I am planning on having 5 guilds. Mage, Warrior, Scout, Knight, and Rouge
The guilds will be split around the 3 cities. Applications will be added soon to the main post so keep an eye on that. Once you choose a guild, you will be assigned a position. The positions are: Guildmaster, Guildleader, Guildmanager, and Novice.

Guildmaster: Is in charge of all guildmembers as well runs the guild. Will have access to create rules within the guild. Has access to Guild chests 1 and 2.

Guildleader: Step down from Guildmaster. Is in charge of enforcing the Guildmaster's rules. Has access to Guild chests 1 and 2.

GuildManager: Is in charge of making sure the Guild bank is running smoothly. Will remove any garbage that the guild doesn't need. Is also in charge of grabbing items out of Guild chest 2 for Novices'. Has access to chests 1 and 2.
 
Novice: Is in charge of representing your guild as best as possible! Has access to only Guild chest 1. All new members start at this rank.

Overview of Guilds

The goal of the guild is to be the richest. All members of a guild will be able to donate valuable items to their guild. Later on, your valuables are shown off in auctions. Whichever guild makes the most money will win as 'Best Guild' The entire guild will earn money from their profits and you get that title for a month. Every month is when sales rise.

Remember this is still a brand new idea. Add any complements to it if you like!
