App has been sorted, I can be active by "borrowing" my neighbors unprotected WIFI (I do get D/Ced often though so sorry), and by using an old school one they forgot to deactivate . Trust me, I have apologised many times. I got grounded by playing instead of revising, and near flunking my senior school scholarship exams :S
